The Disabled Students Association (DSA) is the representative group for disabled students at Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington.
They aim to create a social space for disabled and impaired students, and also advocate against ableism in the educational system.
DSA meets regularly and hosts social events for members, has a regular column in the student newspaper Salient, and is actively involved on the Equity and Diversity Committee of Victoria University of Wellington Students' Association. They also work closely with Te Amaru - Disability Services to support each other’s aims, activities, and events.
