Run by ADHD New Zealand, this group is for adults in Wellington who have been diagnosed with ADHD and its variants, and for adults who suspect they may have ADHD but haven't yet been diagnosed.
It is an opportunity to meet and talk with others who may share similar experiences, in an environment free of judgement and expectations.​
