Their nationwide teams of over 4,000 support workers and registered nurses support people to remain active, safe and independent in their own homes and communities.

Ask your GP about support from Access or call them direct on 0800 284 663. Access can advise on funding and, where that is not available, their services are available for everyone through private hire. They offer peace of mind for you or your loved one.

Disability support services are provided for people aged under 65 years of age who have a physical or intellectual disability and need assistance with their activities of daily living.
