IHC has a proud history of providing property services and homes to people with intellectual disabilities for more than 60 years.

IHC established Accessible Properties in 2010 to enhance the management of

IHC’s property portfolio and enable registration as a community housing provider. Accessible Properties remains an integral part of the IHC Group.

IHC have a strong expertise in disability housing with many of our tenants throughout the Accessible Properties and IHC portfolios having a physical or intellectual disability or mobility issues requiring accessible properties or modifications.
