Auckland Community Housing Providers' Network Don’t Just Build Houses, They Create Homes.

The Auckland Community Housing Providers’ Network (ACHPN), is a collection of community housing providers committed to increasing the supply of affordable, healthy and quality housing options for the people of Auckland.

ACHPN represents a skilled collection of affordable housing practitioners with a breadth of organisational knowledge, experience and expertise, including:

tenancy management
asset management
affordable property development
project management
social services provision
community engagement and participation

ACHPN have the ability, skills and experience to work individually and collaboratively to take housing projects from idea to completion; delivering high quality, affordable, innovative and healthy homes for local communities.

For them, it’s much more than building houses. They create community assets and infrastructure that will be used by generations of kiwis. They are in it for the long haul and any surplus they make is invested back into more homes or services, to support healthy families and communities.
