Community Care Trust are a not-for-profit charitable trust that aims to provide support for youth and adults living with intellectual disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders.
They can offer a wide range of practical and specialist support and work on a one-to-one basis with each person to build an individualised support package that is extensively unique to them.
People are supported and given the confidence to learn and maintain skills in many different areas of life such as household management, education, communication, relationships, employment and health and well-being.
