With the price of mobility vehicles these days, repairs can be expensive. Regular maintenance can avoid these expensive costs. We recommend a scooter or power chair should be serviced at least once a year to check for safety and mechanical problems.

Batteries are also very expensive to buy and most scooters take two 12 volt batteries that are about the same size as a car battery. Don’t be fooled into buying batteries too early, sometimes they may just need some maintenance too. When charging your batteries it is not recommended to leave them charging overnight as faulty chargers could cause a fire.

We at Mobility Gisborne offer a fair and honest service to our customers. We offer door to door servicing of Scooters and Powerchairs. We come to your home, pick up your machine, service or repair it and then return it back to you, the same day.
