Rett New Zealand is a registered charity and informal support group providing advice for families and therapists dealing with the complex symptoms of Rett Syndrome. They strive to share the love, acceptance and understanding of other families facing the same daily problems.
Rett New Zealand also works closely with overseas groups that have funding for detailed medical research. In New Zealand, they work on various research projects with Dr. Michael Sullivan at the Christchurch School of Medicine.
They have a private Facebook group and provide information, and the latest research as well as stories from those who have been affected by Rett Syndrome on their website.
