Te Tahi Youth - Christchurch

Te Tahi support 10 to 24 year olds in the Christchurch region by providing a ‘one-stop shop’ for medical, sexual and mental health services, as well as mentoring and employment support to help you find your way through life. And it’s all free.

Their medical team can help you to be healthy inside and out, from top to toe. You can see them for anything, whether it’s a new issue or something that’s been nagging you for a while. The youth development team can support you as you learn how to do the important life stuff and make the most of every opportunity. Te Tahi's employment team can support you into work and training.

Here you can find doctors, nurses, counsellors, social workers and youth workers. They are all friendly, accepting and they really care.
