The Carroll Street Trust (TCST) is a Mental Health and Addiction service provider in Dunedin. They provide 24-hour residential and community support for people with Mental Health needs. The Carroll Street Trust provides different housing and recovery services and options depending on what your needs are. Community Support is also provided for residents who require additional help to remain connected with their daily activities and work, as well as with their family and friends. Support is provided to help determine their needs, so they can take control of their recovery process and their lives.
